Haryana government has suspended SDO Surender Khattar who reportedly misbehaved with Faridabad Municipal Corporation (MC) Mayor Suman Bala recently.
The suspension order was issued on Wednesday from the office of Haryana Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department.
Surender Khattar posted as Assistant Engineer in Faridabad MC recently engaged himself in a verbal spat with Mayor Suman Bala who was inspecting the alleged pathetic condition of toilets in NIT area.
The said spat went viral thereafter while the state government took a serious note of the alleged misbehavior by the official with the elected public representative and placed him under suspension.
